March class updates
Hi Everyone,
Hope you enjoyed celebrating the Lunar New Year. We had a lot of snow here in Western Washington. It’s such a beautiful sight and experience. Luckily, the main roads were nice and clear (thank you D.O.T.) so we weren’t homebound.
Winter will be soon be behind us and we look ahead to Spring.
Are you enjoying classes? Please note that a couple of classes will have a short survey at the end of each class. We appreciate the few minutes of your time spent answering the 3-4 questions. Your feedback is valuable and we look forward to reading all of them!

SAVE THE DATE:
Please save April 26, 2025 on your calendar. It’s World Tai Chi Day and we will be participating by meeting at a local park (hopefully Blythe Park in Bothell) at 9:30am to practice all of the Yang Family forms. More info to come in the April School News.
NEW AND CONTINUING CLASS INFO:
1. A beginning Saber class started on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 4pm with Mike. The Saber is a fun weapon to learn – it’s faster than the Hand and Sword forms and it’s very precise, heavy, powerful and energetic movements show a strong spirit with the characteristic of a dragon.
