Push Hands seminar in YCF Seattle/Redmond center this weekend. Please note the following changes to our class schedules:

1. The Friday at 6pm Refinement class is canceled. This class will start NEXT FRIDAY, January 21st.

2. The Saturday at 9am class will move to 12pm (noon) and the 10am class will move to 1pm.

3. The Saturday at 11am Refinement class is CANCELED until next week.

4. The Student group practice class IS CANCELED until next week.
