Hi Everyone,

Are you interested in joining a:

1.  Student Group Practice – Mondays from 7pm to 8pm (starting October 7th) – led by Chris Lester

This will be an additional Group Practice Session open to all students.  Participants will have the opportunity to practice the Traditional Hand Form, Weapons and Push Hands.

2.  Basic Push Hands – Wednesdays from *6:30pm to 7pm (anticipated start date of November 13th) – led by Nancy Lucero

This class will focus on the foundation of Push Hands – circling.  Participants will learn the basic methods of circling – horizontal, vertical and open arms.  Class initially scheduled for 30 minutes and may progress to 55 minutes (6pm to 6:55pm) when appropriate.
